Looto is a game based on strategy and interactive television quiz show that is organized by Telemedia InteracTV Limited. The program was created by Telemedia InteracTV Limited, registered on Malta (Tower Gate Place, Tal-Qroqq Street, MSD 1703, Msida, Malta). Information regarding entering, registrating and participating in the show are in this letter.

Participation is allowed to citizens over the age of 18 in Pakistan. Employees and their families as well as any agency that is linked to the show, cannot partake or help the contestants in any way, if so, the show will simply be invalid.

To participate with call or SMS you accept all the rules and conditions.

The program will run on ATV seven days a week. During the show, the host asks the contestants different cultural questions, that demand skill, and puzzle questions.
If you think that you have the correct answer and you fullfill all the show requirements, you can enter the show, which is explained in paragraph 5. Once registered, the contestant will be chosen to go live on air in one of the following ways:
(a) Random selection by registered numbers during the time the promoter indicates, or during the period that will be announced on the show.
(b) Contestants that call in first after the indicated time will be chosen or some other method that is determined by the promoter.
The contestant will then get a question he or she will need to answer. If the answer is incorrect, another contestant will be chosen. If the contestant does not answer the phone after 4 rings or the line is busy, another contestant will be chosen.
Contestants that will be live on the show must respect the rules and instructions of the quiz, and the host has the right to reject a call if the contestant disobeys the rules or brakes the law. Contestants do not have the right to promote any product, state their political views, or offend anyone, use obscene language, or anything that could hurt or harm any individual. The contestant must be ready to face the consequences for what they say during the show.

To be on the show:
SMS „W” to 4644 (Mobilink, Warid, Ufone, Telenor, Zong) Rs 25+tax/sms or call 4644 from Mobilink, Ufone Rs 25+tax/call or call 0900-11778 from PTCL landline Rs 14+tax/call and listen to the recorded message. The promoter’s computer system randomly selects a viewer, who is then connected live to the studio.
You must have permission to make the call/SMS from the person that pays the phone bill.

The promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties that might occur on air, or any kind of incomplete information about the contestant.

You may enter as many times as you wish. Information cannot be sent through an agent or third party. The host is not responsable for any lost information or incomplete entries.

Prizes:
Contestants that are connected to the show and answer the question correctly will receive the guaranteed prize and will have a chance to recieve more prizes.

Money will be paid within 20 days after the show has aired.

The promoters decision is final and the prizes cannot be trasfered or exchanged.

The promoter or any third party that is connected to the show may use the names and the voices of the contestants in order to promote the show without paying for that. All information and any personal data will be kept and guarded by the promoter. Your information can be sent to the police or other goverment bodies in case of complaints of fraud or illegal activity.

The contestants are informed about the rules and are encouraged to print and read them.
